Steven Kay QC is a member of the Bureau undertaking international legal cases and provides advice, consultancy and training services to governments, international organisations and private clients. Steven has represented heads of state, political leaders, military leaders and businessmen from Europe, the Arab World and Africa.

Gregor Guy-Smith is a member of the Bureau undertaking international legal cases and providing advice, consultancy and training services to governments, international organisations, and private clients. Gregor has represented military leaders, and private clients charged with genocide, murder, terrorism and crimes against humanity, in domestic and international courts. He has represented clients in extradition and death penalty cases. He was former President of the Association of Defence Counsel for the ICTY. He has lectured on international criminal law at universities in the United States and Europe and has provided training to lawyers in the United States, and at the International Court for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Court.

Colleen Rohan:

Colleen Rohan is a member of the Bureau undertaking international legal cases and providing advice, consultancy and training services to governments, international organisations, and private clients. Ms. Rohan has represented members of the military and private clients charged with genocide, murder, terrorism and crimes against humanity, in domestic and international courts. She has also represented clients in extradition and death penalty cases. She has lectured extensively on international criminal law at universities in the United States and Europe and has provided training to lawyers in the United States, Europe and at the International Criminal Court.

Gillian Higgins:

Gillian Higgins undertakes international cases and provides advice, consultancy and training services to governments, international organisations and private clients. She has represented several individuals charged with genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, including a former head of state, before the ad-hoc Tribunals in The Hague and Tanzania. She has lectured extensively on fair trial rights and provided consultancy advice for NGOs and institutions including the Kurdish Human Rights Project, the State Court of BiH in Sarajevo and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
