Toby Cadman is a member of the Bureau undertaking international legal cases and providing advice, consultancy and training services to governments, international organisations, and private clients. Toby specialises in the areas of war crimes, extradition and mutual legal assistance, judicial review and human rights law. Toby lectures extensively on international law, criminal procedure and human rights and has provided extensive advice and training to judges, prosecutors and lawyers throughout the Balkans and Southeast Asia. Toby has appeared and been instructed in matters before the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the International Crimes Tribunal Bangladesh, the European Court of Human Rights, the Bosnian State Court and the UN Human Rights Committee.Go back
