On 12-15 April 2009, Guenael Mettraux took part as an expert in an international conference “Crimes against Humanity Initiative” in St-Louis (Missouri). The first ICTY Moot Court begins this week, organised by the ICLB. Interns and Legal Assistants will be taking on the roles of Defence Counsel, Prosecution Counsel, witnesses and accused. The Moot Court will be judged by ICTY Judges, ICLB members, and ICTY Counsel. It runs for four consecutive Wednesdays, beginning April 1st.
The ICLB is organising, sponsoring and presenting the first moot court competition for legal interns and legal assistants at the ICTY, which will be held on four Wednesday evenings during the month of April.
