Appeals Hearings at the ICTY

Appeal Filed by Defence in Hartmann Case at ICTY

Florence Hartmann’s Defence, Karim Khan and Guenael Mettraux,  filed an appeal last week against the judgement convicting the former OTP spokesperson of contempt of court. Hartmann was sentenced to pay a fine of € 7,000. The appeal contains 14 grounds and is available here – Hartmann Appeal Brief
