ICLB Member Activities – Colleen Rohan

Colleen Rohan will be lecturing a group of LL.M students (in international law) from Oslo, on 20 January 2008, at the ICTY. Her lecture will encompass the structure of the ICTY, the defence functions and general principles of international criminal law.

Yesterday,  8 December 2008, Colleen Rohan conducted a clinical training session on “Cross Examination in International War Crimes Cases” for interns working at the ICTY for the Prosecution, Chambers and the Defence, during which all participants were given the opportunity to present a cross examination and obtain feedback on their skills.
