On 12-15 April 2009, Guenael Mettraux took part as an expert in an international conference “Crimes against Humanity Initiative” in St-Louis (Missouri). The conference was attended by numerous experts in the field and was organized by Professor Bassiouni and Professor Sadat of the Washington University School of Law.

In the first week of December, Mr Mettraux will be in Sarajevo to take part, as a trainer, in a 4-day training program of Defence Counsel from Bosnia and Herzegovina on the subject of “Evidence in war crimes trials”. The training is co-organised by OKO/Criminal Defence Section and UNICRI.
